Upward Challenge: Global Edition 2022

Upward Challenge Global Edition is designed to train and equip youth from around the globe to cooperate with the Holy Spirit. As this is an online event, you will find connections with other young believers from around the world.

Together we will engage in,

• Dynamic teaching from PRMI trained volunteers and leaders,
• Fun and interactive online activities,
• Global online games,
• Fellowship and Worship,
• Listening prayer,
• And so much more!

 

This Year's Focus

Walking in Step with the Spirit

How do you learn to know the Holy Spirit, make yourself available to the guidance of the Holy Spirit and walk in step with the Holy Spirit in your day-to-day life? 

If you join us, through testimonies, teaching, discussion, and "lab times" you’ll learn everything you need for this.  You'll discover how Jesus did his amazing work.  You’ll take a fresh look at who the Holy Spirit is.  You’ll learn how to actually hear what the Lord is saying to you—yes, he really does speak to you!  You’ll also learn how to ensure that it really is the Lord speaking.  All of this is to prepare you to be led by the Holy Spirit on a daily basis.

 

Your Daily Schedule 

Everyone coming to join the fun across the world will be all together, through these three days. The schedule will be packed with teaching times, prayer opportunities, games, fellowship, and so much more!

• On Friday the 8th at 2pm Eastern Daylight Time, we will kick off UC:GE. We will wrap up on Sunday around 4pm. 

Your Global Leaders

The leadership team for Upward Challenge: Global Edition is blessed to have PRMI trained volunteers and leaders from all over the globe, Event Director is Ashely Patton for Canada. Her wings, or co-directors and assistants are James Nicholson for the UK and Charlotte Willett also from the UK. Primary teacher for this event is Trevor Payton from Canada. 

How do I get involved?

There are three different ways you can be involved in this ministry:

1. Participant- Upward Challenge: Global Edition is geared to speak to youth ages 13-18 years of age. It is also helpful if you have a relationship with Jesus Christ already, but if not, you are always welcome!  www.prmi.org/ucge
2. Volunteer- We are looking for adults to join intercession teams, help co-lead small groups, and more! Feeling called to help? Go to www.prmi.org/ucge and register, let us know how you would like to help. We will contact you as soon as we can!
3. Group Registration – Are you looking to sign up your youth group, youth pastors? When you register, choose the option of Group Registration by Leader, and get yourself registered. We will send you a separate link to an online spreadsheet to fill out for your group as you get information. This will include the need for parental consent. 

Cost: $10

PRMI has found that when online events have zero registration fees, there is a high no-show rate. Automated bots fill out forms creating spam registrations from around the world.

As some of our multi-day events require materials, prayer coverage, and small group planning, a small online registration fee will help PRMI manage the resources to support the meeting and keep unnecessary registrations from clogging the system.

As is true of all PRMI events and consistent with the Faith Basis, this fee is not the event offering. All of our events are offered on a faith basis. You’ll have the opportunity to advance the work of PRMI through your offering.
